This box features the most popular selection of 52% cocoa and 60% cocoa Milk chocolate from our “PLUS inclusions” range and from the Single Origin range (see list below).

All chocolate is made on site in Mission Beach Queensland from super premium Australian or PNG grown cocoa beans. Naturally, all inclusions are Australian grown.

Contents are carefully wrapped in white tissue paper inside the recyclable cardboard box and finished off with a hand tied ribbon.

The Charley’s “Art card” is ready for you write your message and then it can go under the tree.

1 x Mount Edna 60% Milk Chocolate 80g - The beans for this unique milk chocolate are grown in the rich soil of our Mount Edna plantation at Mission Beach, Queensland. Carefully crafted with the addition of the finest Australian full cream milk they produce a creamy yet complex milk chocolate unlike any other milk chocolate.
1 x Karkar Island 52% Milk Chocolate 80g - The Trinitario/Amazonia beans produce a chocolate with a beautiful balance of fresh and lively stone fruit. It is a superb base for adding Australian Full Cream Milk to make a truly amazing Milk Chocolate.
1 x Crocodile Mountain Milk 60% Milk Chocolate 80g - This milk chocolate has a very rounded, very creamy base with excellent complexity due to the high cocoa content at 60%. This is very much an "adult" milk chocolate which also appeals to dark chocolate purists.
1 x Charley's Tropical Pineapple Milk Chocolate PLUS 85g - Award-winning cocoa beans from the Mt Edna Plantation at Mission Beach in Far North Queensland are handcrafted “tree to bar” to make a complex and rich 60% cocoa Milk Chocolate. This teams beautifully with the gentle acidity and natural sweetness of Queensland Pineapple pieces to create a tropical taste sensation.
1 x Charley's Macadamia and Raisin Milk Chocolate PLUS 85g -Luscious and creamy 52% cocoa Milk Chocolate is handcrafted “bean to bar” from cocoa grown in the rich volcanic soils of Karkar Island, Papua New Guinea. This combines really well with Queensland Macadamia Nuts and superb, sun dried, seedless Flame Raisins from Victoria’s Sunraysia.
1 x Tropical Crunch Milk Chocolate PLUS Signature Collection 85g - Carefully balancing the complex flavour of these highly awarded Mt Edna cocoa beans with the addition of the finest Australian full cream milk, has produced an extraordinary milk chocolate unlike any other. It teams beautifully with the tropical crunch granola, locally made in small batches.
1 x Lemon Myrtle Milk Chocolate PLUS Signature Collection 85g - The cocoa for the Milk Signature Collection Chocolate is grown in the rich soil of our own Mount Edna plantation. Lemon Myrtle, the queen of lemon herbs gives this premium milk chocolate a lemony, aromatic, and tangy flavor which is very hard to resist.
1 x Pina Colada Milk Chocolate PLUS Signature Collection 85g - Tully Pineapple, Far North Queensland Beach Coconut and of course Rum team with exquisite 52% cocoa Milk chocolate. This high cocoa content (52% cocoa) Milk Chocolate is handcrafted “bean to bar” from cocoa grown in the rich volcanic soils of Karkar Island, Papua New Guinea.

The artworks are by local Mission Beach artist Kim Raynar and feature the islands, reef, beaches and rainforest of FNQ.
