This box features an outstanding selection of Dark and Milk Single Origin plain chocolate. Best described as the chocolate connoisseurs’ choice, each bar is different in flavour as we make the cocoa bean shine. It is sure to delight. Hint: this section is great for wine or spirit pairing.
All chocolate is made on site in Mission Beach Queensland from super premium Australian or PNG grown cocoa beans.
Contents are carefully wrapped in white tissue paper inside the recyclable cardboard box and finished off with a hand tied ribbon.

1 x Mount Edna 70% Dark Chocolate 80g - Grown in the rich soil of our Mount Edna plantation, Mission Beach this cocoa is carefully crafted to produce a very complex dark chocolate, full of distinctive flavour with whisky and raisin notes.

1 x Karkar Island 70% Dark Chocolate 80g - These Trinitario/Amazonia beans produce a chocolate that has a beautiful balance of fruit, think plums! It is fresh and lively with a creamy finish. This chocolate was awarded Silver Medal at the 2017 Australian Fine Food Awards.

1 x Shannonvale 70% Dark Chocolate 80g - Cocoa beans grown near Port Douglas in Tropical North Queensland produce a dark chocolate with a superb creamy texture, rich flavour and nutty highlights. - 1 x King Ranch 70% Dark Chocolate 80g - The beans for this exceptional chocolate are grown in the fertile soil of the Tully River Valley, once part of the “King Ranch”. They produce a fruity chocolate with cooling caramel notes and sweet woodiness. It was awarded the Silver Medal in 2017 and the Gold medal in 2018 at the Australian Food Awards.
- 1 x Crocodile Mountain 70% Dark Chocolate 80g - Grown at the foot of Crocodile Mountain in and around the fertile Maria Creek Valley. They are carefully crafted to produce a very complex, creamy dark chocolate with fruity highlights.
- 1 x Mount Edna 60% Milk Chocolate 80g - The beans for this unique milk chocolate are grown in the rich soil of our Mount Edna plantation at Mission Beach, Queensland. Carefully crafted with the addition of the finest Australian full cream milk they produce a creamy yet complex milk chocolate unlike any other milk chocolate.
- 1 x Karkar Island 52% Milk Chocolate 80g - The Trinitario/Amazonia beans produce a chocolate with a beautiful balance of fresh and lively stone fruit. It is a superb base for adding Australian Full Cream Milk to make a truly amazing Milk Chocolate.
- 1 x Crocodile Mountain Milk 60% Milk Chocolate 80g - This milk chocolate has a very rounded, very creamy base with excellent complexity due to the high cocoa content at 60%. This is very much an "adult" milk chocolate which also appeals to dark chocolate purists.
- 1 x Art Gift Card -Add a piece of tropical Mission Beach, with our exclusive Mission Beach inspired cards. The artworks are by local Mission Beach artist Kim Raynar and feature the islands, reef, beaches and rainforest of FNQ. Kim was commissioned by Charley's to create three pieces of original artwork for our packaging
